1. Definitions

“Agency” refers to Surely Jobs, a recruitment and job placement company.
“Client” refers to any company, organization, or individual who engages the Agency to recruit employees.
“Candidate” refers to any individual introduced by the Agency to the Client for potential employment.


2. General Terms

By using the services of Surely Jobs, both Clients and Candidates agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the parties.


3. Agency Services

Surely Jobs provides recruitment and job placement services by matching qualified Candidates with suitable job opportunities offered by Clients.
The Agency does not guarantee employment to Candidates, nor does it guarantee that Clients will hire any Candidate introduced.


4. Client Obligations

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding job roles, responsibilities, requirements, and remuneration.

  • Clients agree not to share Candidate details with third parties without prior written consent from the Agency.


5. Candidate Obligations

  • Candidates must submit truthful and accurate personal details, qualifications, and employment history.

  • Candidates must not misrepresent themselves at any stage of the recruitment process.


6. Fee Structure

  • A service fee is payable by the Client upon successful placement of a Candidate.

  • The fee amount and terms of payment will be agreed in writing before recruitment begins.

  • Unless otherwise specified, fees are based on a percentage of the Candidate’s annual gross salary.


7. Payment Terms

  • Invoices must be paid within 15 days of the Candidate’s joining date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may be subject to applicable interest charges.


8. Guarantee Period & Refund Policy

  • A guarantee period of 30 to 90 days (as agreed in advance) applies for permanent placements.

  • If the Candidate resigns or is terminated within this period, the Agency will offer a one-time free replacement.

  • Refunds are offered only if a suitable replacement cannot be provided and must be requested in writing.


9. Confidentiality

  • All information exchanged between the Agency, Clients, and Candidates is to be treated as strictly confidential.

  • No confidential information may be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.


10. Liability

  • Surely Jobs will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or expenses incurred by either the Client or Candidate as a result of employment decisions or outcomes.

  • The Agency performs initial screening but does not conduct full background checks unless explicitly agreed.


11. Termination

  • Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.

  • Any ongoing recruitment process or outstanding payment obligations must be fulfilled even after termination.


12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [Insert State/Country, e.g., Maharashtra, India].
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.


13. Amendments

Surely Jobs reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated through official channels.
