Job Description
- Team management: Oversee daily operations, set performance goals, coach and mentor the team, and conduct performance reviews.
- Strategy and compliance: Develop and implement effective collection strategies, ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations, and manage escalations.
- Performance and reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data to improve efficiency, and assist management with reporting on team performance and collection targets.
