Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy and Target Achievement: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly loan disbursement targets.
- Team Management and Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor a team of sales officers or relationship managers, monitoring their productivity and ensuring adherence to the sales process.
- Customer Acquisition and Relationship Building: Lead efforts in customer sourcing, including ground-level activities and community meetings (such as Joint Liability Group formations in rural areas), and build strong relationships with clients and strategic partners to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Market Analysis and Expansion: Identify high-potential market areas or business clusters, keep abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence, and implement expansion plans.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure 100% compliance with all audit and regulatory (e.g., RBI) requirements, policies, and documentation (KYC verification).
- Portfolio and Collections Management: Formulate strategies for collection and delinquency management to maintain a quality loan portfolio and manage risk.
- Coordination and Reporting: Coordinate regularly with operations, credit, and collections teams, and prepare sales performance reports (MIS).
