Job Description
- Business development: Generate leads and source new LAP business from the open market. This is often achieved by managing and building relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), channel partners, and high-net-worth (HNI) clients.
- Client relationship management: Manage the entire loan life cycle for clients, providing assistance throughout the application process. Executives build long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and cross-sell other financial products like insurance or credit cards.
- Application processing and due diligence: Perform initial screenings of applicants’ financials and property documents. This requires collaboration with internal teams, such as credit, legal, and operations, to ensure smooth processing and disbursement.
- Sales and target achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role requires constant monitoring of business volume and maintaining a healthy pipeline of potential borrowers.
- Market intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new offerings. This information is used to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Compliance and documentation: Ensure all documentation, including KYC (Know Your Customer), property valuation reports, and legal paperwork, adheres to company standards and regulatory guidelines.
