Key responsibilities
- Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial vehicle dealers, brokers, and other financial institutions.
- Sales and marketing: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth for commercial vehicle loans (both new and used).
- Customer support: Guide customers through the loan application process, explain financing options, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Market analysis: Stay updated on commercial vehicle finance trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Transaction management: Handle the administrative aspects of loan applications, from lead generation to closing the deal.
