🔁 For Job Seekers

Cancellation of Services:

  • You may cancel any paid service (e.g., resume writing, career counseling, premium job alerts) within 24 hours of purchase by notifying us in writing.
  • Cancellations made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy:

  • A full refund will be issued only if cancellation is made within 24 hours and services have not yet been delivered.
  • No refund will be processed if services have already been partially or fully delivered.
  • Customized services such as resume writing or interview preparation are non-refundable once work has commenced.

🔁 For Employers

Cancellation of Recruitment Services:

  • Employers may cancel recruitment campaigns within 48 hours of signing the service agreement, provided no recruitment activity has started.
  • If sourcing, shortlisting, or screening of candidates has already begun, cancellation will be subject to service charges.

Refund Terms:

  • Refunds are only processed if Surely Jobs fails to deliver the agreed number of qualified candidates within the committed time frame.
  • Partial refunds may be considered after deducting applicable administrative and sourcing costs.

  • All cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to: [support@surelyjobs.com]
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
  • No refunds will be issued due to delays caused by:
    • Incomplete documentation
    • False or misleading information
    • Lack of cooperation from the client or candidate
