At Surely Jobs, we are committed to delivering high-quality recruitment and career services to both job seekers and employers. To ensure clarity and build trust, please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy below:
๐ For Job Seekers
Cancellation of Services:
- You may cancel any paid service (e.g., resume writing, career counseling, premium job alerts) within 24 hours of purchase by notifying us in writing.
- Cancellations made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Policy:
- A full refund will be issued only if cancellation is made within 24 hours and services have not yet been delivered.
- No refund will be processed if services have already been partially or fully delivered.
- Customized services such as resume writing or interview preparation are non-refundable once work has commenced.
๐ For Employers
Cancellation of Recruitment Services:
- Employers may cancel recruitment campaigns within 48 hours of signing the service agreement, provided no recruitment activity has started.
- If sourcing, shortlisting, or screening of candidates has already begun, cancellation will be subject to service charges.
Refund Terms:
- Refunds are only processed if Surely Jobs fails to deliver the agreed number of qualified candidates within the committed time frame.
- Partial refunds may be considered after deducting applicable administrative and sourcing costs.

- All cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to: [support@surelyjobs.com]
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7โ10 working days to the original mode of payment.
- No refunds will be issued due to delays caused by:
- Incomplete documentation
- False or misleading information
- Lack of cooperation from the client or candidate
